Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and special events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure information is easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: 2- year course or Vocational in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
