We’re partnering with a well-established, financial services organization in downtown Regina to hire an Executive Assistant . This is a key role supporting the President and organization with their administrative needs.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, highly organized, and thrives in a professional environment where they can take ownership and bring structure. The role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal direction.

Duties:

  • Calendar management
  • Travel coordination
  • Email management
  • Coordinate meetings including logistics/catering needs
  • Prepare documents and correspondence
  • Order office supplies and equipment
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed
