Job Summary

Drive daily operations, recruitment coordination, and HR admin support to ensure smooth execution and team alignment.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Internal Coordination
  • Track and follow up with sales and project teams on pending tasks and updates
  • Ensure timely updates in system and proper information flow
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Identify delays or gaps and take action to resolve them
Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
  • Review, shortlist, and follow up with candidates
  • Arrange interviews and manage recruitment pipeline
  • Coordinate onboarding process with new hires
Customer Service & Lead Coordination
  • Respond to WhatsApp and social media enquiries
  • Qualify leads and assign to the sales team
  • Follow up on appointment scheduling and basic enquiries
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend ...
