About the role
The Executive Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for all matters directed to the CEO. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, communications, reporting, and special projects, while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. A core part of the role is acting as the CEO’s “information engine” — gathering, organising, and simplifying information so the CEO can make decisions quickly, and preparing materials that feed into CEO and Chairman review cycles.
