Job Objective
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage fast‑paced, complex workflows. The EA acts as a strategic partner to the COO—handling communication, coordination, executive scheduling, reporting, and cross‑departmental alignment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Executive Support & Administration
- Manage the COO’s calendar, travel, and daily agenda across multiple time zones.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and internal communications.
- Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and operational summaries.
- Support daily executive decision‑making by ensuring timely access to information.
Operations Coordination (Multi‑Unit Restaurant Environment)
- Track branch performance reports (sales, labor, food cost, compliance, guest satisfaction).
- Coordinate follow‑ups with Group Heads, SRM, and Store Managers.
