Job Description

Executive Support

  • Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist with inbox management and ensure timely responses to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and professional correspondence.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and business partners.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and engagement workflows.
