**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 2** for **Buena Vista University** located in **Storm Lake, Iowa** . This Executive Chef will manage the dining programs campus wide that consist of Resident dining, Catering and small Retail options.Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. + be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting.
