Executive Chef

Overview

Executive Chef position in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will manage our existing chefs, develop new recipes, and oversee kitchen operations in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and refine menus and recipes to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food safety, inventory, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Passion for food with a drive to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Creative, organized, and able to work under pressure while remaining calm.
• Excellent communication skills for supervising staff and interacting with customers.
