Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team in all aspects of food production and preparation.
- Plan and develop menus and recipes.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, dishwashers and support personnel.

- Manage budgeting and cost control.
- Provide creative input on special menus and events.
