We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our luxury island resort. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for high-end cuisine, and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a remote, world-class destination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all kitchen operations across outlets
Design and execute innovative, high-quality menus aligned with brand standards
Maintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Control food costs, budgeting, and inventory management
Train, mentor, and develop the culinary team
Ensure consistency and excellence in presentation and service
Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events
