Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary and dining department, recruiting, training and supervising a team of culinary and service professionals.
• Plan themed buffets and meals, and manage both front and back‑of‑house operations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director, National Director and Regional Managers to translate culinary visions into actionable plans.
• Oversee financials, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management and food‑cost optimization.
