Job Summary
We are seeking a Head Chef with 10–15 years of kitchen experience to lead food preparation, innovate menus, manage purchasing, and train staff, ensuring all culinary processes meet established standards and delight customers, including VIPs.
Responsibilities- Prepare food for all customers following established procedures and service standards
- Create new dishes and menus tailored for special VIP customers
- Lead the kitchen team in product innovation, product planning, and menu design to enhance offerings
- Manage food purchasing and storage to maintain quality and inventory control
- Oversee the entire food production process from start to finish to ensure efficiency and quality
- Ensure all cooking processes and final products comply with procedures and standards
