Job Description
+ 5–6 years of experience in maintenance engineering or process engineering within food, confectionery, FMCG, or related manufacturing sectors. May consider from AlcoBev or dairy/ice-cream as well.
+ Hands-on expertise in breakdown analysis and corrective / preventive maintenance of chocolate enrobers, tempering machines, depositors, cooling tunnels, wafer baking ovens, and cream-mixing equipment.
+ Proficiency in maintenance planning tools (CMMS/SAP PM) for scheduling preventive maintenance, raising work orders, and tracking mean-time-between-failures (MTBF).
+ Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals: hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, and high-speed rotating equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and OEM manuals.
+ Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing lasting corrective actions to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
