About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Financial Operations to join our Financial Management team. This role plays a key part in supporting Accounts Receivable and Payroll operations , ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes, and intercompany invoices
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
- Perform revenue recognition and support month-end closing activities
- Prepare validation and revenue analysis reports
- Process monthly payroll and employee-related payments (commissions, per diem, EOS)
