The Executive, Fleet Quality is a critical role focused on ensuring our fleet remains in peak condition through meticulous damage assessment and effective partner workshop management.

• Accident & Damage Claims Processing for the day-to-day of assigned accident and damage cases, including liability assessment, quotation generation, updating of case trackers and handover for billing.
• Support Workshop Management in oversight of vehicle repair progress and throughput across external and fleet partner workshops. Identify and flag anomalies or outliers in workshop delivery schedules or repair quality to maintain fleet availability.
• Workshop Repair Coordination in reviewing, negotiating and approving the quotation to facilitate timely repairs. Provide support in sourcing parts from alternative suppliers in the event of shortages or when more cost-effective options are available. Ensure the Rates Card is kept up to...
