KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Rental, ROU, Rental prepayment
- Responsible for accounting entry and balance sheet recon for the above.
- PIC for Anaplan.
- Review and approve rental adjustments payment request.
Site Rental analysis for new sites, renewal and relocation
- Support new sites, renewal by using QGIS platform as per group guidelines.
- Support contract renegotiations and renewals with financial analysis.
- Conduct analysis for site relocation.
Site Rental Passthrough
- Support site rental passthrough.
Site Rental Financial Analysis
- Analyze monthly site rental expenses, trends, and variances versus budget/forecast.
- Track and monitor lease-related costs (rent, escalation, utilities, maintenance).
