Role purpose
Become part of the Chief Business Office for European Securities and Settlement, taking on a high-impact role similar to that of a chief of staff.

You will run the governance engine, coordinate cross‑functional delivery, and produce decision‑ready content for senior forums (ExCo/Board) in line with Euroclear’s governance standards. 

What you’ll do
Governance excellence: Own the end‑to‑end preparation of ExCo/Board papers, decision memos and CEO/Group presentations; ensure outputs are clear, concise and actionable. 
Business analysis & judgment: Apply strong business acumen to connect markets, clients, products and competition; frame choices, quantify impacts and recommend the way forward.
Cross‑functional coordination: Drive follow‑through across product, strategy, marketing, commercial and operations; track priorities and risks and keep deliverables moving.
