Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Hospitality Management qualification or similar tertiary qualification preferred
  • Minimum 46 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or lodge environment
  • At least 23 years in a senior supervisory or management role
  • Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hospitality establishment
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and hotel PMS systems)
  • Budgeting and stock control experience
