- Support Annual Learning Needs Analysis and implement learning plan for staff learning and development needs
- Manage employees' training requests and maintain learning records using SuccessFactor Learning Management System
- Sourcing and liaising with training providers on course registration and payments
- Manage training grant administration
- Prepare and issue LOU/ Training Deed
- Attend to employees' enquiries on L&D matters
- Support other HR ad‑hoc projects
- Team player and self‑motivated to work independently
- Positive attitude with service‑oriented mindset
