Job Description

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Perform reception and administrative duties
  • Manage and attend to mail matters
  • Manage and coordinate procurement of items such as office stationery and pantry items
  • Process payment to vendors
  • Perform issuance of passes, access cards, name tags, name cards etc
  • Maintain gift declarations, long service awards and certification records
  • Maintain staff gym facilities and meeting room cleanliness
  • Other relevant duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Meticulous and resourceful
  • Strong team player, possess initiative, independent, systematic and has a strong sense of urgency
  • Positive attitude with the ability to multi‑task and collaborate effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications
  • Familiarity with SAP system will be an advantage
