Porsche Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented and passionate professional to join us as Executive / Senior Executive Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering core HR operations and services to stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee engagement, while also strengthening organisational effectiveness and fostering a positive employee experience.

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices, while addressing organisational needs and delivering HR solutions.
