Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring
- Monitor maintenance expenditures and prepare progress reports.
- Plan and evaluate future maintenance and infrastructure projects.
- Assess and allocate budgets for urgent maintenance works.
- Ensure effective utilisation of maintenance budgets and resources.
- Technical Support & Facility Upkeep
- Provide technical support services to ensure minimal operational disruption.
