Job Description
- Support sales team in all sales & market research activities.
- Manage communication & resolve contentious concerns in relation to export customers / authorities / forwarding & logistics partners whilst maintaining professional relationship.
- Administer & schedule efficient export business activities & identify appropriate transportation mode.
- Complete all paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Possess any degree with minimum 1 year of working experience. Experience in FMCG would be added advantage.
- Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good in written and communication in English would be added advantage.
