Job Description

  • Provide L1 Application support for LOS & LMS Platforms.
  • Resolve user issues received through the ticketing tool.
  • Resolving User queries for Gold Loan/Agri/MSME Loans
  • Handle and resolve L1 technical queries.
  • Basic understanding of end-to-end loan processing
  • Coordinate with business users to understand and troubleshoot loan processing related issues.
