What We Are Looking For

The Executive Manager: Business Development & Sales will be responsible to drive strategic growth and order intake through the full commercial cycle: from international market strategy, through complex negotiations, to signed contracts and long-term programs. The incumbent is responsible for the management of Business Development, sales, customer relationships and marketing initiatives to increase market and sales share and order intake for RDM.

Key Responsibilities Participate and contribute towards the formulation of strategic business and sales objectives for RDM. Transpose overall RDM strategic business and sales objectives into functional objectives within allocated area of responsibility.
