Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to the Department of Estates & Development Senior Management team.
This role encompasses scheduling for senior management, ensuring smooth departmental operations, and maintaining information management. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in administrative roles and possess strong organisational and communication skills.
A 2-year contract will be offered initially to the successful candidate.
