Responsibilities
- Meet sales target by securing new quality loans in line with Management decision on the portfolio mix of products and customers
- Maintain good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure documents for loan application received from dealer / customer are in accordance to guidelines requirement
- Ensure authentication of identification, income and vehicle documents
- Ensure consent is given by customer before proceeding further on the loan applications
- Interview applicant and conduct thorough KYC
- Perform data entry in LOAD$ system and ensure data keyed in is complete and accurate
- Perform CTOS enquiry
- Perform credit recommendation or write up to the loan appli...
