Job Description

Experience: Above 10 years’ experience overall and 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling PMO function.

Travel: Appx. 10% depending on the job need.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project governance – Organization’s rules, processes, and workflows are defined.
  • Provide correct data to all stakeholders so that the correct decision is made on time
  • Create & maintain knowledge repository (lessons learnt, best practices etc)
  • Review QMS documents & workflow and modify the documents as per the need.
  • Setting the project budget, monitor project financials and highlight the deviations
  • Prepare management reports
  • Monitor risk identification & mitigation actions of project management team
  • Monitor resource utilization & resource augmentation needs
