Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in timetabling and scheduling of programmes and courses, including liaising with timetabling representatives for amendments.
Maintain and prepare accurate content for programme handbooks, including collating responses from course coordinators.
Coordinate with tutors, participants, and internal units to ensure seamless programme administration.
Check programme structure inputs in the new Management System.
Provide administrative support for events organised by the Office of Teacher Education and Undergraduate Programmes (TEUP).
Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
At least 1 year of relevant experience in programme/course administration or a related field
