Overview
Expertise in coordinating the delivery of MEP design documents, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing activities across all project phases.
Responsibilities- Prepare engineering documents such as method statements, equipment schedules, Material Approval Requests (MAR), pre-commissioning checklists, and commissioning reports.
- Review engineering drawings including HVAC layouts, CHW piping and ducting layouts, and interconnection diagrams for client approval.
- Conduct heat load calculations, equipment selection, QTO, cost analysis, and technical evaluations.
- Prepare design documents, reports, and drawings as per company standards and formats; ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards such as ASTM, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal MEP/architectural/structural teams.
