Job Description
Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Create and post job ads on relevant platforms for telecom roles.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for technical roles (e.g., GPON, FTTX, OSP/ISP).
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Manage offer negotiations and employment contracts.
Oversee visa processing, including document collection and approvals.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration policies.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to stakeholders.
