Responsibilities:
Provide on-site service to customers in a region, assist and support sales team to effectively retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction and develop new customers.
Daily technical services support to existing customers
Report major customers' chemicals consumption, bath running data and
competitive information.
Assist sales engineer to retain existing customers' business.
Assist sales engineer to develop new customers.
Feedback and report quality issues to the company promptly.
Qualifications:
BSc. Chemistry/ B. Tech Chemical Engineering with 3-6 years of Experience.
