Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, handling sensitive and complex tasks with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, including coordination of staff meetings and maintaining employee records.
  • Oversee accounting duties, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

  • Handle personal errands and tasks as needed to support the CEO's efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary, preferably with CEOs of multi-company enterprises.
