Job Description

•Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

• Handle internal and external correspondence professionally and confidentially.

• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure timely access to needed information.

• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

• Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, handling emails, and office coordination.
