Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Executive /Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to provide maternity cover support for our Talent Acquisition function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employer branding initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to enhance the hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to senior executive level
  • Liaise with tertiary institutions, career offices, and external partners to build internship pipelines
  • Coordinate internship programs including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of interns
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Participate at career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events
  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing materials (e.g. job ads, social media posts, brochures)
