Job Responsibilities

  • Perform duties related to sector regulation work, including conducting due diligence checks.
  • Process and review applications and submissions by charities.
  • Answer calls and attend to email enquiries from charities.
  • Provide technical assistance to charities facing issues with applications and submissions in the Charity Portal.
  • Handle other duties and assignments as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any disciplines.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently, exercise initiative, pay attention to details, and work well in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles will be an advantage.
  • Experience in customer support and familiarity with MS CRM Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
