Overview
Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in the Philippines. The resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q3 2026. This role reports directly to the Executive Chef and will be heavily involved with pre-opening activities, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Culinary Department, and leading and mentoring a team of passionate staff to deliver a truly memorable guest experience. This position is available for Filipino Nationals only.
