Responsibilities
Support licensing and regulatory processes, including documentation and reports for audits. Maintain quality documents, ensuring compliance and version control. Coordinate meetings for safety councils and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and facilitate council and committee meetings, tracking action items and follow-ups. Collect, validate, and format data from multiple sources for quality reporting. Optimize administrative workflows using Microsoft 365 applications to enhance efficiency. Assist in planning and coordinating quality-related training sessions and focus group discussions. Handle general administrative tasks to support audit readiness. Requirements
