Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring needs and proactively source niche IT candidates
  • Strong hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and networking
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Recruit for skills like C++, Digital Engineering, ADAS, PLC, and Embedded


Required Qualifications

  • UG/PG in any stream
  • 3+ years of IT recruitment experience
  • Strong sourcing expertise in niche technical hiring
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
