Role Overview:
- Provide high standard exercise and cardio-vascular health assessments of young persons aged 12-25 years experiencing physical and mental health issues
- Liaising and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating treatment plans for internal referrals from our multidisciplinary team
- Providing high quality, exercise physiology services to those accessing headspace
- Respond to health concerns presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate
- Encourage and support young people to engage with sexual health and drug and alcohol services as well as preventative health care
- Provide a caring and compassionate ear for our young people to talk to you
