Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Buyer / Expeditor to support procurement and supply chain activities for offshore platform and FPSO projects. This role is responsible for purchasing materials and equipment, ensuring timely supplier execution, and expediting deliveries while maintaining required quality standards to support project schedules.
Key Responsibilities Execute purchasing activities for materials and equipment in line with project requirements Prepare and issue purchase orders in compliance with technical specifications and contractual terms Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, reliability, and quality Conduct supplier follow-up to monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery to meet project milestones Coordinate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, inspection reports, test certificates, and shipping documents Act as the primary point of contact fo...
