The Experience Delivery Lead is accountable for planning, scoping and orchestrating all digital demand globally, including:
New Product Development (NPD) launches
Global and local digital campaigns
Always-on, fast wheel business support
Enhancements and cross-channel experiences
This role leads a team of Delivery Managers who own delivery across all platforms (Dyson.com, Owned Digital, 3rd party retail, digital advertising and CRM) to ensure exceptional, insight driven digital experiences.
