CIE Property Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager in Aurora/Newmarket to lead a small portfolio. Deliver concierge-level service and enhance tenant relationships.
This role is designed for a proactive property manager with 1-2 years of experience. You'll manage communications with owners and trades while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your leadership will coordinate team efforts and budget management, while also preparing Board documentation and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build productive relationships with owners and trades
• Oversee operations of onsite personnel
• Develop and manage budgets including capital expenditures
• Conduct meetings with the Board of Directors
• Ensure timely maintenance and compliance inspections
Requirements:
• Valid CMRAO Limited or General License required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management
