Quinte Drywall Ltd. is in search of a Construction Estimator with 3 to 5 years of comprehensive experience. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate labor and material estimates, reading project blueprints, and preparing pre-qualification submissions for clients. Your role includes financial evaluations and liaising with various stakeholders to maintain accurate project costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze labor and material cost estimates
• Read blueprints and specifications to inform costs
• Manage and monitor budget expenditures on contracts
• Consult with architects and engineers on estimates
