We are looking for an Experienced General Construction Supervisor to oversee local projects. This full-time position focuses on team leadership and operational efficiency.
In this permanent role, you will leverage your 1-2 years of experience to manage and supervise construction staff while ensuring that production requirements are met. You will also address any work-related issues and be responsible for training team members, enforcing health and safety protocols, and coordinating with other supervisors for seamless operations. The position includes rotating shifts and offers a standard 35 hours of work per week.
