This role requires expertise in troubleshooting and repairing heavy machinery, primarily focusing on mining and construction applications. As a technician, you'll work 14-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, ensuring equipment reliability for resource-based markets. The position supports your success with company housing and travel time reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and troubleshoot heavy equipment
• Complete work orders for scheduled maintenance
• Repair differential gears and drive trains
• Maintain safety standards on site
• Recommend improvements for equipment reliability
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of recent field experience
• Must hold Journeyman Heavy Duty Off-Road Technician certification
• Experience with mining machinery preferred
