Job Description
An experienced ICFR Consultant is needed to support compliance in a contract role lasting 6-9 months. Focus on ICFR and SOX testing with an emphasis on execution and documentation.
In this position, you will execute comprehensive testing across various business functions and document results meticulously. You'll conduct walkthroughs, assess control effectiveness, and engage in continuous improvement of testing processes. Strong communication is vital for effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ICFR and SOX testing initiatives
• Perform walkthroughs and update relevant documentation
• Evaluate internal controls' design and effectiveness
• Support remediation tracking and post-testing activities
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders
