Job Description

The Experienced Manager, Accounting is responsible for leading the US Consolidated Corporate accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strong internal controls. This role oversees the month-end close process, manages a global team, partners with auditors, and drives process improvements, including ERP optimization with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – HYBRID (3-days office)

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the GL accounting teams under US GAAP, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Manage month-end close for the US Consolidated Corporate books; ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.

Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations; resolve reconciling items promptly.
