Spearhead development of molding processes and current tools Perform first-off runs and validation for new molds Optimize process parameters to improve production quality Mentor staff in injection molding best practices Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations Collaborate with tooling vendors to achieve project timelines Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Manufacturing Over 3 years of relevant engineering experience In-depth knowledge of automotive molding processes Ability to train staff on process standards Comfortable with hands-on mold processing
