Lead the production team at All Railings as an Experienced Production Supervisor in Brampton, ON. Oversee daily operations while ensuring safety and quality in a bustling shop environment.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of over 10 welders and fitters, ensuring every phase of the production process runs smoothly. This hands-on role requires a background in metal fabrication and the ability to read and interpret detailed drawings accurately. You’ll also be charged with resolving production issues swiftly and maintaining an organized workspace that adheres to safety regulations and quality standards.
